Class Description

1. Everyone will cut a whole chicken into pieces ready to cook 2. How to properly handle a knife and proper knife technique 3. How to slice and dice vegetables 4. Roasted Chicken with vegetables will be served

Cancellation Policy

All cooking class fees are non-refundable. If you cannot attend an event, you may send someone in your place. In the unlikely event a class must be cancelled due to unfulfilled minimum registration, we will issue a full refund or credit for another class. If the instructor must cancel due to illness or emergency, the class will be rescheduled and a full refund will be offered if you are unable to attend the rescheduled date.
