Class starts at 6pm Devilled Eggs with Bacon and Bourbon Glaze Bourbon Spinach Salad with Bacon and Avocado Bourbon Sweet Potato Bisque with Brown Butter Cinnamon Sugar Croutons Bourbon and Bacon Filet Mignon with Creamy Peppercorn Sauce Kentucky Bourbon Braised Bacon Brussels Sprouts Bacon Bourbon Caramel Cheesecake (Prepared in advance and served in class)

Cancellation Policy
All cooking class fees are non-refundable. If you cannot attend an event, you may send someone in your place. In the unlikely event a class must be cancelled due to unfulfilled minimum registration, we will issue a full refund or credit for another class. If the instructor must cancel due to illness or emergency, the class will be rescheduled and a full refund will be offered if you are unable to attend the rescheduled date.
