All classes are $45.00 per person
unless otherwise indicated.
IMPORTANT:
Anyone who registers, but does not attend class, or does not cancel at
least two days prior to class, will be obligated to pay in full.

All food made the evening of class is served to the students by our staff. So come HUNGRY!!!
Students are allowed to bring their own WINE. We will provide the openers and the glasses needed. Wine may be purchased next door at Simply Wine for a 10% discount.
No other alcoholic beverages are allowed.
Pop and water are available during all classes.

Due to rising food and gas prices, we have found it necessary to make a few small changes to our policies in order to keep us in business….
-- Starting April 1 - All classes will be $45. I have tried very hard to avoid this but I feel that it will help us meet our food costs and other operating costs per class.
--Punch Cards - New punch cards have been printed. If you buy 7 classes you now get the 8th class free. Punch cards will be redeemable in a class of 12 or more paying customers. Please let Mary know if you will be using your punch card to pay for class when you are making your reservation. Punch cards that are now in possession of our customers will still be honored.

Saturday, May 11 – Summer Appetizers – Meze & Tapas – $45 - Deviled Eggs with Tuna and Black Olives; Caprese Tea Sandwiches; Parmesan Shortbreads with Tapenade; Zucchini and Saffron Bruschetta; Fried Halloumi Cheese with Zahtar; Spicy Walnut and Yogurt Dip; Whipped Feta with Sweet and Hot Peppers.
Thursday, May 16 – Perfect Panini and Other Sandwich Creations – $45 - Smoked Salmon Smorrebrod; Crab and Brie Grilled Cheese; Avocado Melt; Pork Meatball Banh Mi; Grilled Spinach and Artichoke Dip Sandwich; Roast Beef Sandwich with French Onion Dip and Crispy Shallots; Red Velvet Whoopie Pies.
Friday, May 17 – Cooking with Grains - $45 - Oregano, Olive and Feta Stuffed Tomatoes; Spelt Berry Salad with Cherry Tomatoes, Pecans and Basil; Turkish Red Lentil and Bulgur Soup; Wild and Brown Rice with Sesame Soy Glazed Salmon; Baked Tomato and Quinoa Stuffed Zucchini with Mozzarella; Creamy Wheat Berries and Honey with Chocolate Puff Squares.
Saturday, May 18– Thai Appetizers with Natalie Araquil - $45 - Thai Style Beef Jerky with Sticky Rice and Waterfall Sauce; Basil Chicken Potstickers with real Duck Sauce; Crispy Squid with Plum Sauce; Crispy Eggplant with Plum Sauce; Steamed or Fried Tofu with Crushed Peanuts and Plum Sauce.
Tuesday, May 21– Cookbook Nite – Curtis Stone “What’s For Dinner – Delicious Recipes for a Busy Life - $50- Asian Beef and Vegetable Lettuce Cups; Quinoa Salad with Chickpeas and Tomatoes; Bacon, Corn and Potato Chowder; Pan Fried Salmon with Broccolini and Orange Sauce; Mac and Cheese with Gruyere, Cheddar and Bacon; Peach and Almond Cobbler.

Friday, May 24 – Chinese Takeout at Home - $45 - Crab Rangoon; Egg Drop Soup; Sweet Chili Shrimp; Sesame Chicken; Pepper Steak; Chinese Broccoli with Oyster Sauce; Mango Pudding.
Tuesday, May 28 – Love at First Bite – Summer Desserts - $45 - Sour Cream Souffles with Berries on the Bottom; Lemon Ice Cream Sandwiches; Strawberry Hazelnut Torte; Coconut Lime Sherbet without an Ice Cream Machine; Key Lime Whoopie Pies.
Thursday, May 30 – Easy Mexican Cocina - $45 - Crab Tostadas with Salsa Verde; Tangerine and Jicama Slaw; Classic Avocado Soup; Chiles Rellenos with Vegetable Picadillo; Tortilla and Black Bean Casserole; Cajeta Crepes with Toasted Pecans.
Friday, May 31 - Going Greek!! - $45 -Saganaki (Flaming Kasseri Cheese) Ompa!!!; Avgolemeno Soup (Chicken Lemon Rice); Greek Feta and Cucumber Salad; Moussaka; Stove Top Pastitsio; Karythopitta (Walnut Cake).

Class Registration
All students should register at least THREE days
in advance of each class.
If there are not 10 students registered for class two days prior, the class may be cancelled.
All students will be advised via phone, or email of any cancellations.
We only accept Cash or Personal Checks for payment on classes - to be paid the night of class.
